Arrived in Zambia

Hooray finally here!

We are just a short ride from the airport in a very nice hotel. We have hired a Toyota 4x4 for a safari adventure to the Zambezi tomorrow so I'll have loads to tell by then I'm sure.



I'm here with Simon (from England), LaRhea (from America) and Silvere (from Benin) from the Organic Exchange. We'll be off to some organic farms over the next few days, looking at the sort of data we can get into our systems to help with the story from field to fashion.

I have wifi in the Hotel, but it is incredibly slow, so updating may be a problem over the next few days. Sorry if that means I can't publish much.

I've tried to post some images too, but haven't had much luck so far.

Its actually pretty cold here which I wasn't expecting. It was just 18C here today. I'm off to bed in a minute, a week of late nights and early mornings is taking its toll.

I had a "game" stew tonight, not quite sure what animal it was, but I guess antelope or something!
