These mobile environmental disasters should be banned. I was surprised to see one here in the tiny Bishopstone roads and made a point of saying so very loudly!

I agree, they should be banned.
Aren't a large percentage of the company's that run these kinds of business (stretch limo hire) fronts for crims?
Also a large percentage of the vehicles themselves are unsafe/unroadworthy in some way?
