In to the valley with Nelson

I managed to drag myself off the living room floor at 6am this morning to go for a walk with Nelson. First time I've felt awake enough for a few weeks. (Does everyone go through a period of weird sleeping arrangements when a baby is born...?) It was beautiful sunny morning, very different from how it is here right now.
