Brrr....
It was around -8C this morning when I left the house to go to work. Coldest I've felt yet this winter. 
On my way to work I pass a bunch of Romany Gypsies (or at least folks living in Romany style caravans). 
They looked great in the frost with smoke coming from them. If I'd had more time I'd have taken more photos but they had some huge German Shepherd dogs which had taken exception to me stopping to take photos..
