Santa Cruz - early Saturday morning

I woke early again (damn this jet lag) and opened my curtains just after 7am to this.



I like this place very much. I'd forgotten how much I liked it 10 years ago, and its all coming flooding back. With luck I'll track down a couple of people I knew up in the mountains later this morning, and chew the cud with them.

Meanwhile I'm off to the boardwalk area, downtown to see the old shops and onto the Quay for some souvenirs for the kids back home.
