Where on earth am I?

I upgraded my mobile phone on Friday and got one of the snazzy new Nokia N95 machines. One feature I really wanted was GPS. I travel quite a bit and love to know exactly where I am. I installed a small application called MGMap which posts my position to the web whenever I choose.

If you come back here, you'll find out where I was last time I posted my position...

Zoom in or out as required.

LOL @ dax... I was thinking the very same thing!

I love gadgety cell phones even tho I hardly use any of the extra features on them. Just nice to know they are there if I need them.

So what's going on Simon? Todays new location seems to be a different place but still your hanging out in the trees rather than, say, working in your office?

Is it averaging your location within a 500m2 cell or something?

Or are you just lurking in the countryside?

I stop on my journey at various interesting points and post the position so I can view the sat image later...

It seems that the google images are off a little from the gps position. I noticed that on the device too the yahoo maps shown often show me in a field rather than on the road. So I guess there is some inaccuracy on there somewhere.
