Yesterday a new case of foot and mouth was announced in England. Precautions are already being taken here in Bishopstone.

What is it exactly that you are dipping your footwear in? Looks like oil!
That's some sort of disinfectant, the idea being you dip your feet in the stuff before entering the field.
