Back boiler "For Sale"
When we removed the Victorian style cast iron fireplace from the chimney we discovered an old Redfyre R200 back boiler. Its a lovely device in what looks like serviceable condition. It would be a real shame to not see it used.

Couldn't you make use of with the wood burner?
I wish we could, seems like a great idea. Unfortunately there is no where to put it in the way the chimney comes off the wood burner. Its designed for an open fire really.
Thats a shame. We wanted to put a back boiler in the kitchen with the wood burner, but it meant too much knocking around to reinstate the pipes.
Thats good news - you have a bid on the back boiler. Shame about the fire place not selling. Is the wood burner in yet?
Yes - woodburner in and working really well.
Loads of interest in the fireplace outside of eBay... so I think it will sell.
