Vodafone USB 7.2Mbps Mobile Broadband

I received my USB broadband device for use on Vodafone mobile today. Installation looked simple but it just didn't work for me.

I discovered there was some incompatibility between my devices and the new USB devices on Windows XP. So digging around a bit I found the following links

I downloaded and applied this patch which fixed the issue for me. It says its for Vista but it patches the firmware in the USB device.

Now it works fine!
