More trouble in Karachi

I heard from my colleague in Karachi last night that there had been another bomb in the city.

This time it went off right outside the Gul-Ahmed factory in Quaidabad where he used to work in the crowded market area outside. Apparently some of the workers and many of the people outside were killed. I find this totally shocking as I know the place and can imagine exactly where this was. I was there this time last year.

What sort of world do we live in? Why? What purpose does it serve?
