Bahawalpur to Karachi via Multan

Travelled from Bahawalpur to Multan circa 100+ km by car this morning through some very squalid little towns where dead half squashed dogs were being eaten by other dogs and people served roadside chai just feet away!

I was glad to reach Multan itself grim in the route we took. How people can live in such dirt I'll never understand.

Once again I was the only westerner on the plane to Karachi... Pakistan Airlines PK333.

Here in Karachi we then went to the textile factory which is awesome. Set in the midst of worst slums i've seen, inside was a spotless palace.

After a delicious lunch which included curried fish and what i'd swear was curried spaghetti bolognaise we followed the route our BMP cotton will take through the factory.

I did a presentation with our customer to factory directors and will train factory staff tomorrow.

It's been a long day. Just had a good mutton curry and finally reached the hotel now its time to sleep.
